We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any SodaStream sparkling water maker or accessory purchased directly from our site. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and can only be returned under certain conditions.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to start the process.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.
Pack Your Machine
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and the RMA form are inside before sealing the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
